From the very first visit, the team made me feel completely at ease — so much so that I never felt the need to visit another dealership. A special thank you to Steve, who was knowledgeable, patient, and refreshingly genuine — no pressure, just helpful guidance throughout. He answered every question and ensured I felt fully informed. Equally, a big thanks to the owners Paul and Laurice Nelson for fostering such a professional and trustworthy environment. After weeks of visiting a lot of dealerships and private sellers it was refreshing to have someone listen to our requirements and offer sensible solutions from their wealth of experience. Paul and Laurice have a beautiful dealership — they are easy to talk to and prompt with their communication. Shore was the first dealership I visited, and it stood out compared to the others I saw afterward. This was my first time buying a European car, so I had a lot of questions, and they were always friendly and willing to accommodate my requests. The only feedback I’d give is that I would have loved to know more about the special features of my car prior to purchase. I was already set on the model, but I later discovered that the car can park itself and has sensor-based cruise control (it’s brilliant!). That said, it doesn’t affect my overall experience, which is that of a happy customer. I feel confident that I can contact the dealership whenever necessary, and I’m looking forward to buying from them again in the future.
